Termination of Conditional Resident Status letter received
Hi there.
I've also posted this on another forum so bear with me if have answered my question already.
I married my U.S. citizen in 2012 and my green card was issued, with 2 year condition in Oct 2013, 3 weeks ago we went to the Philadelphia office for an interview to get the condition removed.
This weekend I received the letter stated my status has been terminated. The reason stated was because my wife wrote to the Uscis to withdraw her support in Feb 2016 but wrote back 6 weeks later to rescind her withdrawal not realizing that the withdraw could not be rescinded. We went thru a rocky patch but things are great and we are still happily married and living together. I have not received a court date yet. Any views, advice are greatly appreciated.
