I was a heavy smoker for 30 years more or less... no issues whatsoever. I quit about 3 years ago.

I-693 is blood test‚ urine test and skin test for TB plus vaccination records. Smoking never came up

Having a history of smoking shouldn't pose a problem for I-693. But I smoke VIHO Supercharge and I'm not sure about cigarettes.
