Seems this F2B category is applicable only to unmarried sons/daughters of GC holders. It seems weird and restricting me to apply green card through my GC holder parents. If I get divorced am I be eligible for it? And can I marry the same woman after I get GC?

If you get divorced you will be eligible for it. But note the wait for visa numbers in the F2B category is around 7 years (longer if you were born in Mexico or the Philippines), and you cannot get married during that time, or your parent's petition for you will be void. After you become a permanent resident, you can marry, but then your spouse can only immigrate by you separately petitioning them, in the F2A category, which has a wait of almost 2 years.
This is my personal opinion and is not to be construed as legal advice.

Hi,
Usually in employment we can port the priority date, is same thing not applicable in family based? I have priority date in 2011 in F4 category, can't I port same date in F3 or F2b category as beneficiary is same? Below immihelp URL says it can be ported, please see below, Thank you for your help on this.
"Once a priority date is established in one family based preference classification, it can be recovered if the same beneficiary gets approved in another family based
preference classification. However, the priority date cannot be ported from family based preference classification to employment based preference classification or vice versa"Last edited by gpkreddy7; 07-04-2017, 02:50 PM.
