Doubt about spouse information in form I 130

I am a US citizen residing in USA and am filing for green card for my spouse in India. In the Part 4 of form I 130,we should give information about the beneficiary's spouse(which is me). Is it applicable to me because I am the petitioner? Should I enter my information in that field?

1. The form asks "Provide information about beneficiary's spouse 1, spouse 2 etc". Do I need to enter my information in spouse 1?

2. In the "Information about beneficiary's family", they ask to provide information about beneficiary's spouse and children. Do I enter my details(name, relationship) there?
