Received NVC letter from US Department
My cousin received NVC welcome letter from US department stating they received approved immigrant visa petition. Can someone explain the significance of the same? Petition for immigration visa was filed for him in 2011 under F2B and I could see that he has hit his priority date. Did he receive the letter as he had reached the priority date?
