When do you file the medical waiver- Urgent

Do you file the medical waiver with the I-130 and I-485 or do you wait until the medical is needed?

I am hoping that it will be filed after the EAD is received. Does anyone have experience with this.

Any help appreciated.

I don't have experience with this but I think you file the waiver with the completed medical form.
