I looked around online and couldn't find any clarification about how to enter the additional information in, for example, the I-130A. The additional information section looks like this:

I need to include a few more recent addresses. The recent address info looks like this:

I'm not sure how picky USCIS is. Would it suffice to simply put all the address info down in one box like this?

Or, do I need to create new item numbers for each item and enter each new item into separate additional info sections (which would take 10-20 additional pages)? It technically reads like this, but doing so seems ridiculous to me.
