No ead, i-485 case is ready for interview
Hi, my case is pretty complicated.
My previous lawyer did not filled my case until the last february 2017 meanwhile me and my husband thought our previous lawyer has sent everything in December2016.
Ive got my biometric appointment in March 18 2017
However, our previous lawyer didnt send my untranslated birth certificate until june 21st.
Whenever i checked my case online, it says my I-485 is ready for the interview on the 29th of June 2017.
But, my EAD still says the same thing (they have received my case and please send the USCIS additional information)
Is it possible that i will get the interview before my EAD?
And how long is it gonna take for me to get the interview?
Its been a really long process and really frustrating.
Please help..
