I485: Question about place and date of last arrival in the United states

Hello folks,
I wish to do a concurrent filing of I-130 and I-485 applications for my parents who are currently visiting the US. We had briefly gone for a few days to Canada.. Should I fill up those dates and city/port of entry in the I485 application form in the recent immigration history or should I fill that up with the dates/place from when they first came to the US from India?
Any help would be most appreciated.
