hello folks,
I am applying for my parents' I-130 and I485 concurrently. My mother's passport only lists a first name and she does not have an officially listed surname/last name. When attempting to locate her I94 record on the CBP website it required a last name and does not permit me to search for her current or prior I94 records. I tried different variations but to no avail. How do I
locate her I94 record number from the CBP web site? (I was able to retrieve my father's records since he does not have this problem)
The lack of a last name on her official document has caused numerous grief over the years and it looks like her I130/485 application will encounter similar obstacles. Does anyone have any experience with this kind of a situation before?
