Concurrent Filing process times I-130, I485, I765

Hello everyone,

I'm new to this site. I would like to thank you all in advance for your comments and help throughout the process.
I married my USC wife on May and Filed my docs on July 6th. Package was received at USCIS Chicago Lockbox on July 9th.
Today is July 26th and I have not yet received anything from USCIS. I can not confirm if they cashed the money orders that I bought at USPS cuz according to them I have to wait 60 days for them to confirm if my MO were cashed.

I have 2 questions:

1- How much longer do I have to wait to receive a notice from USCIS
2- After receiving I-797, can I renew my driver license? I already have a SSN cuz last year I worked in the USA as an Intern on a J1 Visa. After that I returned to my home country and then I came to the US 2 months after on a B2 Visa.

What should I do after biometrics? I also applied for EAD. I am guessing the next step is to wait for approval of EAD.

2- After receiving I-797, can I renew my driver license?

It depends on your state. In most states, an I-485 receipt is not enough to get a driver's license. You need to wait until you get your EAD or green card to do it.

My biometrics app was supposed to be on the 16th but I went today with the notice and they let me do it.

I also went to the local DMV office and they gave me a temporary drivers licence for 60 days while I receive EAD or I-797 with approved I-130.
