Derivative beneficiary Getting Married and Subsequently Divorced During the F3 file

Hello everyone,

My Grand dad filed for my Mom's F3 (Married Daughter of US Citizen) in Sep 2005. In Jan 2017, my brother(grand son of ) derivative beneficiary got married but unfortunately he got divorced in March 2017. We did not notify the consulate of either her marriage or divorce. Now the priority date for her petition just became current and we are in the process of submitting the DS260 and affidavit of support. we got invoice number for him.

he is 25 years old now. going to turn 26 year in a month. his file was pending 5 years when the petition filed.

I would like to know if the consulate will change her petition's category when my parents will get green card due to his divorce? or his file revert back to F3 again due his divorce. Will this cause any changes in the priority date or any delays in processing? Are there any issues that we should expect?

his divorced status would create any problem while getting visa?

I'm 25 years old. i got IV fee's invoice number for me. but my visa is not current yet. when visa become available i would be 26 year old.

still there is a chances to get interview call or not?
