Hi There,
I have applied for my husbands I-130 from Dubai 2 months ago. I received an email saying that the case has been accepted and my receipt number was sent ot me by email, they also mentioned that I will receive a receipt of notice which is I-797 and if I don't receive it in a months time I should call them. After calling USCIS I found out that they don't deliver any letters overseas and they advised me to send a letter to Nabarska service centre. I'v done that already and gave my dad's mailing address in USA. Is there something I should do as i haven't heard anything back from USCIS.
