  • Married, have 9 month daughter, entered legally what do I need for citizenship

Hello, I've been in the USA for over 15 years.
Although I came with a tourist visa it expired 6 months after my arrival. Finished high school, married to a US citizen and we have a beautiful, 10 month old daughter.
What should I do next? What are the steps towards my naturalization? Which forms do I need to fill out?

Assuming you never left the country after you overstayed your visa, you didn't present fraudulent documents to procure admission, you do not have a criminal history, and your marriage is valid, your situation is very straightforward. I'll let someone else chime in with the details of the specific forms you and your spouse need to file

Adjustment of Status - you need to be a Permanent Resident first (by virtue of your marriage to a US citizen)
