Family Based GC for Mom

Hi,
I just renewed visa for my mom, she arrived in US ten days back. I want to sponsor GC for her. how soon do I can start the process?. can I start process with a month she landed in US?.
I understand I have to file I130 along with I-864.
Please confirm the documents needed..
I130
I864
My citizenship certificate
My Birth Certificate

Is it advisable to file I-485 too?.

You guys should file I-130 and I-485 together (along with I-765 for EAD and I-131 for AP). Each form has its own required documentation; read each form's instructions for details. I-864 is not needed with I-130; I-864 is needed with I-485. You can file anytime.
