I-94 dates/issue?

I looked at my travel history and it shows two dates in succession as departure dates, without an entry in between. It was 2/29 and 3/1 of last year. I know there was an issue at the airport where the flight was cancelled and I had to leave on a different flight. I remember it as two days later, I-94 shows the next day.

(1) Will this be seen as a red flag at a POE?

I do not have my flight email confirmations anymore. (2) Do I need to get it for in case?
