Spouse of Green Card holder under Trump's new bill

Hi all,

I am a green card holder and will be getting married soon. My soon-to-be wife resides in our home country, and I was worried that under the new bill suggested by President Trump, we wouldn't be able to file an IV for her to join me.

Do you guys happen to have any idea on whether or not this bill applies to Spouses of Permanent Residents? and/or if I should worry at all?

Also, does anyone know how long it will take for the visa to get issued knowing that we will get married early 2018 ?

The bill will be dead soon. And it is not productive to talk about legislation that hasn't passed because what's in the bill can change constantly as they try adding different amendments to it.
