Hello All:
I am a US citizen married to a Mexican national. We have 10 mo. old daughter. We filed i-130 6 months ago and it was approved and sent to Texas lockbox, but have not received anything else. Do we need to wait or concurrently file other paperwork. We live in Mexico, my husband cannot cross. How much longer? Marriage is entirely legitimate.
