does CSPA child is eligible to come along with parents?

when we got welcome letter from NVC that time i could see only name of my parents. child name was not there. and after few days NVC send us updated letter and invoice number along with the child name.
To summarize, when NVC started processing the application the child is underage according to CSPA, but visa is not current yet. when Visa becomes available, which usually takes 2-3 months , the child will be over 21 according CSPA calculator. What are the chances of the child for getting visa?
