We are planning to apply for Green card for my Mom. She is currently here till November 2017. She doesnot have a birth certificate.
- We are unable to get a Non Availability of Birth Certificate as she was born in Bellary, karnataka and now nobody live there. We tried contacting yourmaninindia.com to get a certificate but they are requesting Address proof for Bellary,Karantaka. We are worried that we do have any document evidence to get a certificate in Bellary. Do we really need Non Availability certificate for applying Greencard. what are our choices and how do we proceed.
- Do we need to provide 3 different Affidavit from my mom's relatives as we donot have her birth certificate.
Please kinbdly respond if you have any idea about Family Green card processing or have recently aplied for the same.
