Hello all,
I am a us citizen and recently applied green card for my mom. I received the I130 petition approval notice few days back and was wondering what can be done next during this waiting period. the notice said the petition will be send to NVC and NVC will forward the approved petiton to the country where my mom resides. What should i do in the time being? Are there some forms to fill out and fees to pay before my mom can go for an interview? I read something about making myself an agent (i dont have a lawyer), what is that all about? Anything helps, thank you all.
