Hi, I have a daughter that has turned 20 years old this month. I am waiting for her to turn 21yrs old to apply for a green card but was recently told that I can start the process now since immigration is delaying paperwork for like a year. Is this correct?

That doesn't sound right. You can get all the documents you need ready, so that you can file as soon as she turns 21.
