Even though I am applying for GC through marriage to a USC and my father is only involved in the procedure as my father in documents. The spelling of his name is different in my BC and passport (***RIN*** , ***REN*** respectively).
Fortunately I have two different versions of my BC. One in English that I tried to get for this purpose so that i did not have to get a translation done. And one in my native language. So should I just get the original BC translated with the spelling I have on my passport? The old original is just in a bad condition, very torn and just barely held together. Words are clearly legible except a few letters or characters faded here or there.
Or just send the English one and mention his other spelling in all forms as an alias?
