Hello, I am submitting a petition for my son (unmarried-above 21). There are three questions:
1. While filling out the form I-130, page 7, part 4, number 47, should I enter his passport number while he has never travelled/been to the USA?
2. Besides, my cousin who is fluent in my native language (Persian) and English read every question to me and acted as an interpreter (while he is not an interpreter) and prepared the form for me. So in page 9, part 6, do I have to check both 1.b. (interpreter) and 2. (Preparer)? Does "interpreter" mean a person whose job is interpreting / translating officially? Or is anyone who helped me understand the form in my native language called an interpreter?
3.finally, In page 8, part 5, other information, at the same time, I am submitting separate petitions for my 2 sons (unmarried-above 21), should I complete relative 1 for each of them?
