Hello. I got married last year in July and my husband had applied and filed for my I 130 application last year in August 2016. We are still waiting for the approval notice. Im a bangladeshi national but living in Dubai , UAE. My husband lives in Dallas Texas and my case was sent to Nebraska service centre.
We've been closely following the Nebraska processing times report on uscis website. Currently it shows they're processing cases as of date 26 November 2016. What does that mean for me? My hubby filed case in August and I believe he got receipt notice in mid December. So does that mean I'll have to wait till Nebraska reaches mid December date for us to get approval notice? Please guide about this. Its been so frustrating to wait for so long.
