Can i file a case of my married sister as i have a US passport so how can i file my case under US Sibling Visa , Pls help to advise

Yes as an American citizenry you can file I-130 for your married sister and her family. I believe that you will neend your birth certificate and your sister's birth certificate to prove the relationship. Also read and fallow I-130 instructions form to fill up the the I-130 form. Be advised that waiting time to get a immigrant visa will be atleast 12 years. Good Luck..
