E-service Request Experience, TSC
Hi,
It has been 9 months since I submitted on 12/28/2017 my documentation to renew I-817, and waiting, in consequence, for my EAD to be renewed, expired on 06/10/2017. During the previous months I made several calls to National Customer Service 1-800. On none of the occasions I received an encouraging response, only that the process was in normal time, and that I would continue to wait.
Finally, today, day 261, I submitted an E-Request, and it was accepted, the reply of which will be received on or before October 7 2017.
My question is, according to the user experiences of the forum, what is the regular time to receive a reply? Will it be before the October seventh? Would the answer be via email or via postal mail? I've waited so long, my DL expired, I can't work, no income... I'm still waiting for me to be approved extension of I-817 and consequently my EAD. I am desperate, unable to work or drive. Anyone else in similar situation in TSC?
