Birth Certificate

I am going to be petitioning for my mom's green card. As part of that, I am required to submit a copy of my birth certificate. My question is - have any one of you been in a situation where your birth certificate lists your mom's name but no initial for your mom( this is specific to birth certificate issued from India). Were you able to get through without any issues (RFE's)? Thanks! Any input is much appreciated.
