I am a US citizen. I am applying green cards for my parents when they are in US. I'm in California.
They arrived in US in April 2017. I submitted all documents and applications (I-130, I-131, I-485, and I-765) at the end of June 2017.
Received first notice around July 10, 2017. Fingerprints were taken on August 3, 2017. However, the case status showing on the USCIS website never changed. It showed "Case was received" and "Fingerprint fee received". Is there any person have same situation as me before?
1. How can I know which processing center is handling my case?
2. Usually how long can they get I-765 & I-131 approved? When they will receive the EAD card?
3. It shows "You can submit an inquiry about your Form I-765 if your case has been pending more than 75 days". The 75 days count starts from the date they receive the application or from the date fingerprints were taken?
4. When can we receive the interview notice for I-485? or it's waived for parents' GC application.
5. After they get I-131 re-entry permit, how long they can leave the US?
6. If during the period they are away from US, I received GC for them, can I mailed the cards back to them? so they can bring the cards when they re-entry.
I appreciate for your kindly help.
