  • Non Availability Marriage Certificate- GC Parents

I am filing I 130 for my father and don't have the non-availabilityof marriage certificate of my parents. They were married in 1974 in India. I have secondary evidence such as affidavits, marriage invitation, photos, my school certificates with his name. Will that be enough or non-availability of marriage certificate is mandatory for secondary evidences to be valid?

Hi just wanted to check if you were able to get the non-availability of marriage certificate. Also if you were able to complete the green card process for your father without the non-availability of marriage certificate.
            Appreciate your reply on this.

I have the same problem, I have an RFE for marriage certificate for my father. I do have the affidavits from 2 of my relatives who attended the marriage. Is this enough ?
I can also provide the aadhar and passport of my mother where the spouse name is listed.
