I hope your expertise can help guide me.
My ma came from 🇮🇳 on June 01. Her initial I 94 date was Nov 25.
I thought it might be good idea to wait for 90 days before filing for GC.
I was planning to file in Sep.
At the mean time, in Sep first week, we went to Caribbean and while coming back,
She got new I94 till march 03 2018.
Now, should I wait 90 more days to file or can I go ahead and file.
What will be the implications for either
