Thank you in advance for your help/advice.
I would like to apply greencard for my parents who currently live in India. They are planning on coming to US in Feb 2018 on a visitor visa. I wanted to know your thoughts on which route is better based on your experiences/information:
1.Apply for parents when they are in India
2.Apply when they are in US after waiting for 90 days of arrival
Also, after how long I become a US citizen can I apply for them? I am hoping to get my citizenship oath in December.
