Hello all,

I have a question regarding the recent news about 3 months stay in US on a visitor visa and not changing status within that time period; such as applying for citizenship or marrying a US citizen.

Wanted to know thoughts on this group does it make a case for applying for counselor processing, in case someone wants to sponsor parents for immigrant visa?

The guidance applies to the Department of State employees, not USCIS who actually processes adjustment of status applications
