My mother petition my younger brother 2-3 years ago. He aged out September 19, 2017 due to TB treatment. He will get an interview on Nov (if they have any availability) if not it will be December.
Priority date March 16
Paid Ds-260 already.
The questions are:
1. Will he get a chance to get a visa?
2. Is he protected by CSPA?
3. Do we need to add another form since he age out?
4. Or just wait for interview and see what happens?
Any advice would help.
