  • Medical exam and Form I-693

    Hi,

    I wanted to apply greencard for my parents during their previous visit earlier this year, and got their medical exam done. They later had to go back to India, and I did not end up applying greencard for them. They are back now, and I want to apply greencard for them now. I am wondering if I can use the previous medical exam reports (sealed envelop), or if they should get their medical done again. Can you please suggest what the best option here is.

      Yes, it is with in one year. But looks like the USCIS website is having new version of the I693 form now. Will that matter?

        Yes, make sure you have the latest form. Look at the Edition Date information on this link:
        If you are applying for adjustment status to become a lawful permanent resident, use this form to establish that you are not inadmissible to the United States on public health grounds.
