    Switching from NVC to USCIS

    Can I switch my case F2A from NVC processing to USCIS to adjust status. I am currently awaiting interview date.

      On B1/B2 visa and is within adjustment of status dates as per recent bulletin.

        Just file I-485 with supporting docs and forms. Attach the I-130 approval notice
