What other do I need besides i485 and i130?

Hi,

I'm on a F-1 visa and I'm residing in the US. I have married to an American citizen and now I'm planning to apply for a green card. I know we need to file i485 and i130. But I'm wondering if there're any other forms that are required for me to apply for a green card. Many thanks.

You can find all the instructions of which forms to file on USCIS. To give you an idea, here are the forms you need/may want to consider:

1. I485 - must. By you.
2. I693 - must (support I485). Medical exam. By any USCIS qualified doctor.
3. I864 - must (support I485). Affidavit of Support. By your spouse.
4. I130 - must. By your spouse
5. I130A - must (support I130). By you.
6. I765 - optional. Employment Authorization. By you.
7. I131 - optional. Travel document. By you.
