European American familly moving to US
Hello I am an US citizen born and living in France my wife is Russian and our children are dual french Americans.
We want to move to the US, I know we have to fill out I130, I have also heard that for my wife to move there she needs a sponsor , all our incomes are French salaries.
I do have a US bank account with some stocks worth some 10ks or so but that is not an income.
How should we proceed to move together in one go? Having a job waiting in US will help? or is that not considered income?
