fee for the I-130

good morning everyone. i'm starting to fill out the I-130 form for my wife, who is currently residing in the Philippines. can anyone tell me if I have to send in the fee along with the form or do I have to wait until they notify me? also do I attach the I-130a form along with the I-130?

Yes you have to send in both and The fee is $535.
