Help in I-130 Please

Greetings for all
i'm from Iraq my father are permanent resident he is going to apply for I-130 for me I'm 27 Years old
I want to ask if you know any thing about the P-2 Program they said that if they USCIS approved out I-130 it will be transferred to NVC then to start the P-2 Program
and how much does it takes approximately to be approved the I-130 I mean in Texas Houston
