married to us citizen HELP PLEASE !!!!
hi ,
i married a us citizen on 2 may 2006 in Texas . I am now back in belgium because of my job . we didnt file for I 130 but me and my daughter are visitng him in a coupleof months , entering the US under the visa waiver program .
my questions are the following :
-will they be able to send me back immediately arriving at the US airport because of the fact I am married to an US citizen , even if i am not planning on staying there ?
- what if i am there and plan to to file the I 130 for me and my daughter . will they cause problems ?
