I485 Part 4: Information About Your Parents

Hi,

I am applying green card for my parents, and I am preparing their I485 on their behalf. I have a question about Part 4: Information About Your Parents. My dad's parents are deceased, and I don't have their birth dates with me. Can I just fill all the fields as deceased under Information About Your Parents section ?

No. Only for the place of residence would you put something like "(deceased)". The other questions have nothing to do with whether they are deceased or not. If you don't know their birth dates, you can put something like "(unknown)" or "(not sure)".
