My husband will file for i 130 for my 6 year old daughter.
But her birth certificate has a bit of a error in it because of the conflict of my eldest daughter.
We already filed at the consulate to have it corrected.
Hat do I need to attach to her birth certificate to proceed in filing the petition?
Should i just attach a affidavit of birth certificate error and that it was filed for correction already?
