Time line for mother’s USA visa from Mexico.

9/01/16 Applied and submitted application under the “petition for Alien relative.”
2/22/17 Transfer notice form 1-797C notice of action received
3/24/17 Approval notice: parent of US citizens received.
5/5/17 received instructions to collect and mail ALL appropriate documents to to NVC.
Step 2: Pay fees
Step 3: Submit visa application form
Step 4: Collect financial documents
Step 5: Collect supporting documents
Step 6: Submit documents to the NVC
5/31/17 DS-260 application submitted
8/31/17 notice from NVC stating that documents were received
9/19/19 interview letter from NVC recieved
9/27/16 The I-130 form petition for alien relative payment ($420) received
10/08/17 enrolled to “U.S. Department of State Visa Appointment and Information system.” (DHL services and visa tracking)
11/17/17 interview at the American Consulate in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico. (byherself) and visa approved
11/26/17 USA Visa granted. Visa stamped on passport and recieved through DHL courier servcies in Mexico City.
