My current employer filed for my green card under EB3 2 years ago. I have an approved I140 now. I just got married and my husband is US citizen. As my date to file i485 won’t be current for a while, we want to redo the process under petition for alien relative. Is there anything I should with my labor petition before proceeding with family petition? Is there any other specific instructions for this scenario?
