Immigration/Residency for parents of US citizen under 21

Can someone help me and tell me how can my parents who are right now in US visiting me on tourist visa get permanent residency or immigration to US. I am studying and much below 21 years of age.

Thank you for your reply. I know that for sure i can sponsor my parents when i am 21 but is there no way they can be here with me now. Maybe they can apply for a temporary work permit on the basis that i am a minor and to support me they have to work. Can someone sugest me a attorney/lawyer who maybe able to help me in this case. I really want to live with my parents all the time. The country they are from has very poor infrastructure and poor schooling so i cant go there and they cant live with me here for more than 6 months at a time because they have a tourist visa. Please someone suggest something.
