Family based GC sponsorship for H1B

Hi,

I m married and i hold H1b Visa, However my father's cousin brother is a US Citizen, Can he sponsor a GC for me? If so, what is the process and how to initiate the sponsorship? How long will it take to get the GC. If no, what are other options other than EB category?

If you can't get an EB yourself, you can always double-up with someone else who is getting an EB by marrying them. Or you could marry a US citizen and get PR immediately
