i-130 for f2a pending. Extend B2?

Hoping to get some answers...

Spouse is LPR. Got married outside US July 2017 and both returned to US in the same month. (Me with B2)

PD is August 2017.

1. Are we able to extend my B2 so i can stay longer?
2. What impact does Visa Bulletin Chart B (Dates for Filing) have?
3. If Date for Filing (not Final Action Date) becomes current, can I stay and adjust here or return to my home country? (Assuming my B2 extension is approved)
