Application Receipt Number not received
I submitted I-130 petitions for both of my parents. I have put my home address in Pakistan as mailing address. The filing fee has been deducted from the bank account in September 2017, but I have not yet received an application receipt number from USCIS.
I wonder if USCIS sends any notice of action to overseas addresses or it is necessary to have a US address to receive notice of action. If the notice of Receipt application is lost in the mail than what should I do. Where to call or get any information. Does anyone know about the procedures followed at USCIS and in case if missing Application Receipt Number what should one do?
