Hi,
I am green card holder who just finished his bachelor degree in another country with valid re-entry permit up to October 2019.
My spouse whom I married in May 2017 and send I-130 immediately after is living with me.
I have some cash reserve and family in US which provides us with opportunity to pay for my wife's education in US.
Don't get me wrong, we both respect country laws, want to obie them and don't want to "rig" the system.
I wish for her to practice English and receive additional, respected in US education so that when she will receive her green card, she could start her life without bigger hiccups. If that also means Atlantic ocean won't divide us - it would be perfect.
My question is:
Is it feasible that she could successfully apply for F1 visa despite waiting on I-130 with category F2A?
Does anybody have some tips?
I hired a lawyer, but quite frankly, he has proofed to be resistant in sharing knowledge and providing us with solutions.
